Years ago, I began professionally shopping through national platforms and quickly built a reputation for thoughtful substitutions, strong communication, and knowing the stores inside and out.  Clients often asked if they could request me personally every time.   

Unfortunately, the apps wouldn't allow it.  That wasn't the only barrier the apps presented that stood in the way between me and my client getting the best outcome.  I couldn't let you know about BOGO deals, I couldn't add on anything you forgot last minute.  So many hoops to jump through and too many roadblocks.

 

So I created something better.
