Grocery shopping and delivery

Spend your vacation time on the slopes, on the trails, on the golf course and not in the grocery store line. Our personal shopper service provides prompt, friendly and convenient, complete grocery, mixers, sundry and libations delivery service, stocked in your resort lodging. Order via email, fax or phone to ensure that your pantry is well stocked for your arrival.

Ordering is easy. Send your list in an email, just as you would your own shopping list, to marilyn@thegroceryconcierge.com . Or you can use our grocery order form as a guide with suggested menu items. It may not have all items you may desire, or it may have way too many items. Click on the link, download the order form, a PDF, enter your desired items, save the form and email as an attachment to me or print and send via fax.

If you have special dietary needs, please include specific instructions when submitting your order. Please specify if you want specific brand names or if store brands are acceptable. If the brands are regional, they may not be available in Utah. We will not substitute specific brands without your approval.

Complete your grocery list with all items you would like to have stocked in your
Park City lodging unit. All items will be delivered and put away in your "home
away from home" by 5 pm the day of your arrival. The 5 pm delivery time could
be affected during holiday times and Sundance Film Festival. We will contact
you with any revisions. We request a minimum of 2 days to fill and arrange for
delivery. Orders requested less than 24 hours or orders requested after arrival may be delayed. We cannot accept any returns or substitutions after
delivery.

We must have your signed Authorization form on file before we can gain access to your unit or bill your account. We must have your signature and approval on file before delivery can take place. Please include your estimated arrival time to help us have your order ready when you arrive.

Service Fees

All purchases will be assessed a shopping fee of 20% of the total grocery bill, which becomes the total order value. A delivery fee is based on the total order value (including the shopping fee) added as follows:

$30.00 for total orders up to $199.99

$40.00 for total orders from $200.00 up to $399.99

$50.00 for total orders from $400.

In-home pet care services

Part of your vacation planning includes care for your pets while you are away. Unfortunately your pets cannot always go with you so rest assured they are being cared for in their own home. We care for your pets and your home while you are away, allowing your four-legged family to stay in your home instead of an unfamiliar kennel. Our standard services include daily visits to feed, refresh their water, exercise and play with your cat(s), three daily visits for your dog(s); bring in your mail, newspaper; check your home for anything amiss; water your plants; any chores you would normally do, we will do for you. We give you peace of mind while away that your pets and home are well cared for, as you would do yourself.

Second home/vacation home check

Have the peace of mind and comfort knowing your home is safe while you are away. Whether you are away on vacation of if you own a second home in Park City, have us check on your property investment while you are away from Park City. We fit our services to your needs; weekly or monthly visits; meet and/or arrange for construction or repair services; check on irrigation systems for leaks, arrange for repairs if necessary; water plants. We can do what ever you need—let us be your eyes and your legs.

Rates can be arranged based on services needed. Monthly contracts, hourly fees or daily or weekly fees are available.

Party setup and service

Our experienced staff can help organize, shop for, set up and serve your private party in your home. We have experience in food service as well as bar setup and service. We can help you chaperone your child’s birthday party and then serve them cake and ice cream.

Fees for these services are customized for the level of service desired. If we just provide staff catering fees are generally hourly rate at $28.00 plus 20% gratuity.
